How do I create an account?
Click on the "Create Account" button in the header, enter your email address and username, and verify your email through the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your inbox. You can also sign up using your Google account for faster registration.
Is Files Circle free to use?
Yes! Files Circle offers a free tier that allows you to upload and share files. Premium features and increased storage limits are available through our paid plans.
What are FLC coins?
FLC (Files Circle) coins are our platform currency that you can earn through various activities like daily logins, referrals, and monetizing your content. Coins can be converted to real money and withdrawn to your account.
File Sharing
What file types can I upload?
You can upload most common file types including documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX), images (JPG, PNG, GIF), videos (MP4, AVI), archives (ZIP, RAR), and more. Check your account settings for specific file size limits.
How long are files stored?
File storage duration depends on your account type and settings. Free accounts have a default retention period, while premium accounts offer extended or unlimited storage. You can also set custom expiration dates for individual uploads.
Can I share files with people who don't have an account?
Yes! You can share files with anyone using a shareable link. Recipients don't need an account to download files. You can also enable monetization to earn from views.
How do I delete uploaded files?
Go to your dashboard, find the file you want to delete, and click the delete button. Deleted files are permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.

What are short links?
Short links are shortened URLs that redirect to your original link. They're perfect for sharing on social media and include features like "Open In App" for supported platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
How do I earn money with short links?
Enable monetization when creating a short link. Visitors will see a brief ad before being redirected, and you'll earn coins for each view. The more views your links get, the more you earn!
Can I customize my short links?
Yes! You can create custom aliases for your short links to make them more memorable and branded. For example, instead of a random code, you can use "myproduct" or "summer2024".
How do I track link performance?
Each short link has a detailed analytics page showing clicks, devices, browsers, geographic data, and earnings. Access analytics from your Creator Dashboard.

How do I reset my password?
We use OTP (One-Time Password) authentication, so there's no traditional password to reset. Simply enter your email on the login page, and we'll send you a verification code.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption, secure data centers operated by Maxkinon Technology India Limited, and regular security audits to protect your data. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your account settings and select "Delete Account". Please note that this action is permanent and will delete all your files, links, and data. Any pending earnings may be forfeited.
